These 7 tracks were recorded in 2017 during the same session as Loose Knot and the split with Pre-Birds.

Tracks 2, 3, 5 and 7 are previously unreleased.

Track 4 was originally available to download from the Serial Bowl Records Bandcamp page for the Serial Bowl Collective Foodbank Appeal.

An alternative version of track 5 is on the 'Pachinko' release: ballpeennewcastle.bandcamp.com/album/pachinko

An early mix of track 6 appeared on the Serial Bowl Records 'Volume One' compilation CD. This has since sold out.

Recorded at the Off Quay, Newcastle Upon Tyne in 2017, mixed and mastered in 2019 by Graham Thompson using the Sound Schitty Mobile Recording Studio.
